THOUGH Kuala Lumpur is fully wired, there are still many living in the capital who do not have access to telecommunication services, said Federal Territories and Urban Wellbeing Minister Datuk Raja Nong Chik Raja Zainal Abidin.
He said this at the launch of the TM Broadband Package with 1Malaysia Computer at the Seri Perak Bandar Baru Sentul Flats recently.
