MIMOS, the premier applied research centre in frontier technologies, has established two Centres of Excellence (CoE) in Semantic Technology – one each in Sarawak and Sabah – in collaboration with local and foreign universities and industry players.
The CoE is aimed at enhancing the utilisation of ontology and Semantic Web technologies to automate the collection, modelling, organisation and retrieval of knowledge.
