THE 60-year-old SJK (C) Nan Kai in Kuala Lumpur is in need of RM1.5mil to finance the construction of a building.
The school board of governors chairman, Datuk Yong Seng Yeow, said the children would no longer be exposed to the sun and rain during their activities when the RM3.3mil three-storey building is ready.
