A RETIREE feels he has been ‘exploited’ by motor insurance companies which have stopped providing third party insurance coverage to cars and motorcycles over 10 years old.
Goon Swee Seng, 58, said it was unreasonable for him and fellow Malaysians to pay extra to take out comprehensive insurance cover for their old vehicles.
