THE Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developers Association (Sheda) hopes the state will consider a long-standing request to reclassify low-cost housing as affordable homes for houses costing about RM80,000.
Its vice-president Joseph Ting told a press conference in Sibu yesterday that private developers preferred to use affordable home rather than low-cost housing as it helped them better market their properties.
