KUANTAN: The Government’s initiative to provide opportunities to people of different abilities (Orang Kurang Upaya) to venture into small and medium scale businesses has paid off as more than 500 are successfully on the track.
Human Resources deputy minister Datuk Maznah Mazlan said from that number, only five percent flopped out because of the poor support from the society.
