TOP Chinese culinary chefs from some 20 countries around the world would be competing in the 2010 World Golden Chef Competition in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, from July 30 to August 1.
The competition, in its fourth edition, was introduced to promote Chinese culinary skills as the organisers believed that the age-old Chinese cooking methods should documented and preserved.
