THE Sosialist Party of Malaysia (PSM) is unhappy that its seat allocation has been taken up by a Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) representative in the Petaling Jaya City Council.
The swearing-in ceremony also saw another last-minute change with urban planner Professor Madya Dr Melasutra Md Dali replaced by another professional, business management consultant Megat Iskandar Megat Ahmad Sufian.
