Minangkabau cuisine prepared the traditional way at Pondok Padang

LOCATED within Ipoh’s latest business centre — 1 Casuarina — is Pondok Padang restaurant offering traditional and authentic Padang cuisine.

“Padang food, is basically of Minangkabau origin, with the recipes and methods handed down from generation to generation,” said group operation manager Robert Yeoh.
