THE Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) is having its Meet the Customers Day tomorrow at the Corporate Department’s counter located at Ground Floor (Lift A), Wisma MBSA, Persiaran Perbandaran, Shah Alam.
The Meet the Customers Day is the MBSA’s monthly programme that is held every first Friday of the month.
Various council-related services will be available that day, such as payment and checking of assessment taxes, compound payment, and complaints counter.
The MBSA will also provide a special counter to entertain and answer queries.
The programme offers Shah Alam folk the chance to air their complaints, suggestions and ideas to improve the MBSA’s services and productivity.
Besides the programme, the public can also lodge complaints directly with the Internal Audit & Public Complaints Division (BADPA) located at Second Floor (Lift A), Wisma MBSA, or call 03-55105133 ext. 254/ 501.
During after-office hours, the public can lodge complaints and report any emergency cases like floods or landslides via the MBSA’s 24-hour Disaster Operations Room hotline at 03-5510 5811.
