Lack of signages at new interchange on LDP leads to confusion and congestion

MOTORISTS were expecting an easier traffic flow when the new Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI) Interchange along the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP) was opened last week but that did not materialise. In fact, the road users were confused when it came to making a turn to the routes they want to take.

The confusion began when the slip road, just after the BHP petrol station (Jalan SS21/56) on the LDP was closed to traffic heading to Bandar Utama and Kepong on the midnight of June 16 to facilitate work on the second phase of the project.
