THE Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak Campus will hold an “Application Week” from June 14 to 19.
Students who have completed SPM, STPM, UEC or ‘A’ Level but have yet to enrol with any institutions for further studies should take this opportunity to enrol with Swinburne.
Swinburne Sarawak communications and public relations executive David Teng said during the period, those interested in the university’s range of commerce/business, engineering, science, design and computing courses could make enquiries at the campus from 8.30am to 5.30pm.
He said to enable more students and parents to visit the Application Week, the campus would remain open until 4pm on June 19.
The next students’ intake for the Swinburne Sarawak Campus will be Aug 23.
Teng said during the Application Week, those who meet the entry requirement for a course could look forward to receiving a letter of offer to study at Swinburne Sarawak on the spot.
“The applicants will also be given a waiver on application fee during this period. Applicants are therefore requested to bring along their identity card, birth certificate and result slip for assessment during the visit,” he added.
Teng said Yayasan Sarawak staff would also be present at the Sarawak campus throughout the week to provide information on scholarships and study loans.
Apart from the campus, applicants may also obtain more details and apply through any authorised Swinburne Sarawak agents.
In Sibu, Swinburne authorised agents are Academic Consultant Services and Global Educational Services; SMART Tuition Centre in Bintulu; and CT Academic Services and L&P Consultant Services in Miri.
