New approach to Toyota roadshow

UMW Toyota Motor Sdn Bhd’s upcoming roadshow will showcase a new approach.

Featuring fun games and activities, Toy Story 3 merchandise giveaways and special concerts by local Dayak artistes, the roadshow aims to offer the crowd added values.

Event manager from Tru Events Services Silas Martin said the concerts were aimed at supporting Dayak artistes and celebrate the Gawai festivities.

“Since the Dayak Music Award (Dama) is coming up, Toyota wants to be part of the event by kicking of with some Dayak entertainment,” he said. The concert will be held on the second night of the roadshow, starting at 8pm.

“Amy M will be performing in Sibu, Maxwel Franklin will take the stage in Kuching and James Jacob will be rocking Miri. During these concerts, there will be also game sessions where the crowd stand a chance to win one of the 20 CDs from the artistes,” he added.

Meanwhile, UMW Toyota will be offering value-added packages through the Toyota Big Boys Toys promotion during the roadshow.

The promotion offers customers attractive packages such as low monthly instalments with Toyota Flexi Plan or Two-Tier Plan, savings on down payment and e-Service Vouchers for selected models.

Customers who purchase Corolla Altis will also receive a free Garmin Nuvi 1350 GPS unit in addition to the promotion offers.

The roadshows begin today from 10am to 10pm in Sibu at Delta Mall until June 13 and continues at Boulevard Shopping Mall, Kuching the following week from June 18 to 20. In Miri, it will held at Bintang Mega Mall from June 25 to 27.
