KUCHING league players who are selected for the state or national team but refused to answer to call-up will be banned for one year from any competitions organised by state and national body.
Kuching Division Football Association (KDFA) president Rakawi Ibrahim said this was the rule and any team, including the Finexsys team, must abide by it.
