KUALA TERENGGANU: The Terengganu Hokkien Association has collected RM800,000 through a three-month public donation drive for the restoration of the 200-year-old Ho Ann Kiong Taoist Temple here. The temple was razed on Feb 22.
Association president Toh Pee Yin said the huge amount was collected in a short time through the overwhelming support of local donors.
