ADVERTISING agencies responsible for putting up 163 illegal billboards throughout Seberang Prai have been given 14 days to apply for permits or to remove them.
Seberang Prai municipal councillor Goh Choon Aik said the agencies were given a two-week grace period effective yesterday to do the necessary or risk being fined up to three times the permit charges.
