JOHOR BARU: Going back to basics was 47-year-old Mahmood Mohamed’s winning recipe as he cooked up a storm at the FHA 2010 Culinary Challenge held in Singapore recently.
The Thistle Johor Baru Hotel executive chef was the only participant from Malaysia and presented traditional Malay dishes at the annual competition.
