LIM Li Shan could not hide her excitement when the Negri Sembilan Mentri Besar’s wife Raja Datin Seri Salbiah Tengku Nujumudin stopped to admire her batik artwork during a recent handicraft fair at the state craft complex in Seremban.
The 23-year-old disabled young woman from the Tampin community rehabilitation centre was among hundreds of young people who participated in the craft workshops organised at the complex during the three-day fair.
