RESTAURANT and food stall operators taking part in a rat- catching campaign in the Teratai constituency have been warned against throwing waste and used oil indiscriminately in order to lure more rats.
“They should dispose of food waste and used oil in proper bins and not resort to filthy methods to bait the rats,” said Ampang Jaya municipal councillor Jennifer Tnew.
