SARAWAK Bank Employees Union (SBEU) in conjunction with Labour Day today issued an eight-point statement calling on the Government and policy-makers to support a new paradigm of recovery and social justice.
“Today of all days, SBEU calls for fresh steps to reform the global economy in favour of social justice, investment in jobs and fairness in society. This is not a time for business as usual,” its general secretary Law Kiat Min said in the statement issued yesterday.
