Junior golf clinic
If you fancy your child being the next professional PGA superstar, the Cyberjaya Junior Golf Clinic might be the workshop for your child. Cyberview will be hosting the clinic at the driving range in Kelab Komuniti Taman Tasik, Jalan Kelab, off Persiaran Semarak Api, Cyberjaya, on May 1 from 9.30am-3pm, to give young golfers a chance to learn more about the game. The clinic will feature professional golfers and coaches from the Airil Rizman Golf Academy who will lead participants through the basics of golf from theory to practice. These workshops will end in a competition where participants will be able to put their newfound golf skills to the test. The golf clinic is open to participants between the ages of four and 16 who are students and residents of the Cyberjaya-Putrajaya area. A registration fee of RM40 covers breakfast, lunch, goodies and a certificate of completion. Free eye checks
In conjunction with the Through the Eyes of Love CSR programme, Vista Eye Specialist will have a three-day carnival on April 30, May 1 and May 2 from 10am–7pm at its centres located at The Curve, PJ, and 139 Jalan Maarof, Bangsar. In addition to free eye checks, glaucoma and cataract screenings, there will also be activities such as face-painting, sand art, photo board and prizes to be won. THE Chempaka Buddhist Lodge (CBL) baking class is now open for registration with chef Randall every Saturday from 9am to 1pm. Participants will learn to use a variety of baking materials.
