HIGHPOINT SERVICE NETWORK SDN BHD, located at Green Heights Commercial Centre in Kuching, provides quality after sales support for a full range of Acer products.

It has also been appointed as a service provider for such brands as Epson, Asus, Brother and Astro.

Its service manager Cheong Cheng Siong said: “Highpoint’s aim is to provide quality services to end users as well as corporate customers in Sarawak,”

He told a press conference in his office that as IT technologies and products changed so fast, after sales support had become very important.

To enable customers to approach and get support directly, he said Highpoint had opened 17 service centres throughout the country, including three in Sarawak (Kuching, Sibu and Miri).

He said all its service centres in Sarawak operates from Monday to Friday while its toll free number 1-800-88-1918 is available for Acer product support.

“Customers are able to get technical support advice and also check their case status with Highpoint call centre,” he said. Highpoint will be participating in a PC Fair here from April 30 to May 2.
