THE Malaysian Communica-tions and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) should give proper explanations to the people before proceeding to erect any telecommunications tower, a state assemblyman here said.
Datuk Pang Tsu Ming (BN - Semambu) said such explanations could help to enhance public knowledge on the impact of radiation and to allay their fears over such towers in their vicinity.
