UNIVERSITI Sains Malaysia (USM) plans to resurrect transcriptions of a 400-year-old manuscript by a 16th century grand vizier and table them at an international seminar later.
Its vice-chancellor Tan Sri Prof Dzulkifli Abdul Razak said USM had successfully produced a transcription of the latest edition of the manuscript — Sulalat al-Salatin (Genealogy of the Kings) with the help of the Acheh governor and universities in Acheh.
