FIVE experts from the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the China State Council will give a talk on economic trends, investment opportunities and legal system in China at the Penang Chinese Chamber of Commerce office on April 13.
Chamber president Tan Sri Tan Kok Ping said the talk from 2pm till 5pm would focus on laws and regulations and judicial protection for investments in China.
