THE Neguin Group of Companies, together with Kuala Lumpur Youth Development Organisation also known as Youth, will celebrate Malaysia’s first Norouz Festival, to mark the arrival of spring or the Persian New Year on March 19.
Norouz was registered on the list of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (Unesco) on Sept 30, last year.
