THE Penang Chinese Chamber of Commerce (PCCC) should not force life members to pay the annual secretariat fees, said the Action Committee for the Reinstatement of Life Membership of PCCC.
Action committee chairman Koay Seng Leong said that life members who joined before the change of its constitution in 1985 should not be made to pay the RM120 annual fee.
