THE Malaysian Rare Disorders Society is appealing to corporations and individuals for donations to set up a Foundation on Rare Diseases.
Its president, Datuk Hatijah Ayob, said the society hoped to raise RM1mil and ask the Government to contribute a similar amount for the foundation.
