MALACCA: Fishermen in the state will be equipped with Global Positioning System (GPS) devices to keep them from losing their direction and encroaching into waters of neighbouring countries.
Malacca Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Ali Rustam said he had requested the Melaka Fishermen’s Association to submit details on the number of GPS sets that were required.
