THE Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) reopened the slip road beside Pavilion shopping mall last week, following numerous complaints from taxi drivers and motorists.
A team from the City Hall Urban Transportation Department put up signboards and painted an arrow on the road to signal that the road was open to traffic.
