A TOTAL of 3,000 housing units of all categories will be built by JKP Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned unit of the Finance Ministry, within the next three years in several rural areas in Penang.
Its chairman Datuk Zainal Abidin Osman said the projects, estimated to cost about RM700mil, would kick off this year.
