SETIU: Police here blame couples from outside of Setiu for raising the quiet district’s crime index for 2009 following the report of 15 sex-related offences.
Setiu OCPD Deputy Superintendent Shaik Othman Abdul Hamid said although the cases were promptly solved, these couples had contributed to a 200% increase in sex-related crime.
