THE joint management body (JMB) issue in Pandan Perdana can be settled by getting all the residential and shop owners to hold a proper annual general meeting (AGM) to appoint a new JMB.
They may choose to elect new committee members or retain the ones who are already listed in the original documentation as submitted by Pandan Management that is alleged to be fake.
