THE Federal Territories and Urban Wellbeing Ministry is planning a holistic approach to overcome the problem of poverty in cities and urban areas.
Its secretary-general Datuk Ahmad Phesal Talib said the FT ministry was drawing up a rebranding plan as part of a comprehensive action plan to identify the hardcore poor in cities.
