A HOTEL in Penang is hoping to win a place in the Malaysia Book of Records with an attempt to bake the longest Christollen (a pastry-like fruitcake) in the country.
It took the pastry chefs of G Hotel, located along the scenic Gurney Drive, three weeks to make the 50m-long Christollen weighing 155kg.
