KOTA KINABALU: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Musa Aman has reminded boat operators and passengers to comply with safety rules and regulations.
He said this when commenting on an incident in Kudat last Thursday when a boat ferrying 28 passengers sank at 5.30pm, about an hour after it departed from Kudat jetty for Banggi Island.
