MIRI: Sarawak Deputy Chief Minister Tan Sri Dr George Chan Hong Nam has said that the English Language can be turned into a cash cow for the state.
Sarawak, which has a high standard of English, wants to attract foreigners to take up short and medium-term English courses and enjoy the nature and culture of this Land of the Hornbills.
