THE SELANGOR state government has outlined the steps it will take to recover the nearly RM400mil debts owed by Talam Corporation Bhd to the state government, said Selangor executive councillor Ronnie Liu.
Talam is a developer that was involved in several joint ventures with state subsidiaries and is now listed in the PN17 (Listed Companies in Financial Distress) in Bursa Malaysia.
