SWIMMER Foo Jian Beng has reason to be excited.

Foo, a student of SMK Section 19, Shah Alam, had a remarkable outing in competitions last year. For his impressive results in the Sukma in Kuala Terengganu, Foo was named the Best Male Athlete. Later, he was voted the Most Promising Sportsman in Selangor.
