Trailbazer challenge a test of endurance, sportsmanship and team spirit

SOME 1,120 participants, forming 560 teams, from all over Malaysia as well as Singapore gathered for the annual Genting Trailblazer 2009 at the Awana Genting Highlands Golf and Country Resort last weekend.

Among them were a host of first-timers who were keen to take on the challenge of the 14km route that involved running through the golf course and into the resort’s lush forest, negotiating steep slopes and crossing streams along the way. Many had no clue as to what lay ahead.
