FRUSTRATED Kampung Tunku assemblyman Lau Weng San has demanded an explanation from the state Road Safety Department (JKJR) for its last-minute cancellation of a road safety programme.
Lau said the event had been postponed once and cancelled twice at the eleventh hour because of the department, causing time and monetary loss to his service centre and the Sungai Way Village Security Development Committee.
