KUANTAN: Fears of residents over the emission of radiation from industrial waste produced by a company at the Gebeng industrial site here subsided after a series of dialogues organised by the company and the state development agency.
Prior to the dialogues, there was an uproar over radioactive residue produced by mineral exploration and chemical processing by Lynas Malaysia Sdn Bhd.
