ROMPIN: About 200 Indonesian estate workers from Endau Rompin, near here, recently staged a peaceful demonstration to condemn the hostile plans of a group who called themselves Benteng Demokrasi Rakyat (Bendera) against Malaysia.
The estate workers were among a growing number of Indonesians earning a decent living here who had come forward to express their disapproval of the group’s plan to wage a war on Malaysia.
