BATU Kawan MP Dr P. Ramasamy has chided his predecessor for trying to win political mileage by making an issue out of the illegal dumpsite at Chai Leng Park in Butterworth, Penang.
He said Huan Cheng Guan, a Gerakan vice-president currently serving a three-year suspension, has turned the matter into an issue for his own advantage.
