KOTA KINABALU: Tour operators here are unhappy with Sutera Sanctuary Lodges (SSL), the management company in charge of accommodation at Mount Kinabalu National Park.
The operators complained that climbers who reached the Panar Laban resthouse were told that their pre-booked accommodation was not available while others who had accommodation did not get climbing permits.
