‘Heavenly’ chefs whip up creations from China and Italy


THE heavenly chefs - That is the term used to describe JW Marriott Putrajaya chefs Low Lam Chong of the Summer Palace restaurant and chef Ibrahim Salim of Tuscany Italian restaurant, for bringing the tale of two cities in conjunction with the Malaysia International Gourmet Festival (MIGF) 2009 until Oct 31.

The chefs come together to share their master creations on favourites from China and Italy.
