SEMPORNA: Marine police arrested a man who tried to smuggle 1,500 detonators and nine rolls of wicks into Pulau Sibuan here on Monday.
In the 3am incident, the man in his 40s is believed to have tried to smuggle the items from Pulau Setangkai in the Philippines.
