THE immunity enjoyed by illegal factory owners in Bandar Sunway Semenyih and Sungai Chua came under close scrutiny at a special meeting at the Kajang Municipal Council.
At least three names were mentioned during the three-hour meeting at Menara MPKj recently and certain department heads questioned as to why action was still pending.
