Council to take action on errant tenant


THE Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) will take rental recovery action if a tenant who has been given adequate notice to settle his backlog payment fails to do so, the council’s deputy secretary, Roslan Darus, said.

Councillor Tan Ah Kow @ Tan Sie Wai had raised the issue of a tenant who rented a MBSA premises at the Umno Building in Section 11, Shah Alam, and owed more than a year’s rental amounting to about RM36,000.
