PEOPLE having their breakfast at several coffee shops in Island Glades in George Town, Penang, were caught by surprise when Seri Delima assemblyman R.S.N Rayer distributed face masks to them.
Rayer said he used his state allocation to buy about 2,400 masks, which would be distributed to hawkers, residents and schools in the next few days.
